About the Role:
We're looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
who loves to
build, ship, and solve real-world problems.
Someone who doesn't wait for perfect tickets but jumps in, understands the workflow, and figures out how to automate and improve it
This is a core team role where you'll work directly with the founders, people running operations, product, and user experience — collaborating to automate workflows and build tools that make our systems faster, smoother, and more scalable.
We don't care how many years you've been working—as long as you can build, debug, and care deeply about clean, user-friendly solutions, this might be the place for you.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with process owners (Ops, Product, etc.) to
understand workflows
and
build tools that automate and improve them - Build responsive UIs (React, ; Astro for marketing site)
- Develop backend services (NestJS, , Prisma, PostgreSQL, REST APIs)
- Manage deployments (Vercel, Docker), CI/CD, and database migrations
- Write tests (Vitest/Jest/Playwright) and follow best practices
- Write clean, modular, and scalable TypeScript code
- Own features end-to-end—from ideation to production
- Work closely with founders and core team members to define product logic and UX
- Think critically about architecture, reusability, and performance
You're Perfect If:
- You love to
build and ship quickly,
even if you've only done side projects or freelance gigs - You bring 2–3 years full-stack experience with React & Node.
- You've worked with
, NestJS, and TypeScript
(even if not professionally) - You're curious, self-driven, and willing to ask questions until you fully understand how something works
- You enjoy working directly with the people running the business and
figuring out how tech can make things better - You believe in
clean architecture, autonomy, and accountability - You're not looking to just code, you want to help build a great product and company
