Job Title: Associate Team Lead ( Flutter )

Location: Remote (Candidates from Tamil Nadu and Delhi preferred)

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the ideation, design, development, deployment, testing, release, and maintenance phases of the app development lifecycle.
  • Ensure smooth iOS releases to the App Store, including managing provisioning profiles, certificates, App Store Connect configurations, and TestFlight distributions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xcode, CocoaPods, iOS-specific dependencies, and platform compatibility.
  • Find and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues (including ANRs).
  • Write clear, testable, and effective code while following team standards.
  • Verify that designs adhere to requirements and business goals.
  • Assemble and oversee software releases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on new features and enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest iOS and Flutter ecosystem advancements and recommend improvements.
  • Review, test, and provide feedback on features/modules developed by other team members.
  • Adapt to an agile development environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical and professional growth.
  • Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Promote best practices, coding standards, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Encourage innovation, problem-solving, and ownership within the team.

Desired Profile

  • Experience: 3 - 6 years
  • Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field

Skills

  • Strong programming skills with excellent knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
  • Proficient in state management (Provider) and MVVM architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of Native Android and iOS development with Swift and Kotlin is a plus.
  • Strong iOS development experience, including Swift, Xcode, CocoaPods, and resolving podspec/compatibility issues.
  • Hands-on experience with the App Store submission process, Apple Developer accounts, certificates, provisioning profiles, and App Store Connect workflows.
  • Good knowledge of method channels for integrating native iOS functionalities with Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GitHub, offline storage, threading, Firebase, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with deep linking, push notifications, and platform channels in Flutter.
  • Proficiency in Xcode, Android Studio, and VSCode.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and native technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Material Design, UI principles, and third-party libraries.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and design patterns.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with Unit, Widget, and Integration testing.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities including team motivation, conflict resolution, performance management, and decision-making.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, balance priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
