  • Configure and implement Kronos modules such as Workforce Timekeeper, Scheduling, Absence Management, Accruals, and Activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Kronos integrations using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Dell Boomi, or other tools.
  • Design and customize Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Wage Profiles, Labor Levels, and Security Profiles.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance of Kronos/UKG environments.
  • Create and optimize reports using tools like BIRT, Oracle PL/SQL, or custom reporting solutions.
  • Manage Kronos clocks (4500, InTouch, Dimensions) and device configurations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, prepare documentation (BRD, FRD), and translate into functional/technical solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth payroll/timekeeping processes.
  • Conduct end-user and administrator training on Kronos features and best practices.
  • Work with cloud environments (Google Cloud, RightScale, etc.) for system hosting and integrations.
