Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flutter Developer, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and maintainable code, collaborating with other team members, optimizing applications for maximum performance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth application functionality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following best practices
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Optimize application performance for both iOS and Android platforms
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across different devices and OS versions
  • Stay updated with latest Flutter updates and mobile development trends

Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart programming language
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development principles and lifecycle
  • Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
  • Proficiency in integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data
  • Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows
  • Understanding of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
  • Experience with app store deployment processes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
  • Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
  • Experience with automated testing (unit tests, widget tests, integration tests)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of app security best practices
  • Experience with performance optimization and memory management
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation
