About Us:

At Mindrops, we are passionate about crafting innovative digital solutions that drive business success. We are currently seeking a Flutter App Developer to join our growing team and help build robust, high-performance mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using the 
    Flutter
     framework.
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, high-quality code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across multiple devices.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and app crashes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Flutter developments, mobile trends, and technologies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with peers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience as a 
    Flutter Developer
     or in a similar mobile development role.
  • Solid understanding of 
    Dart
     and the 
    Flutter framework
    .
  • Familiarity with mobile application architecture, design principles, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience integrating third-party libraries, APIs, and SDKs.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Degree in 
    Computer Science
    , 
    Engineering
    , or a related field (preferred).
  • A portfolio of previously developed Flutter applications is a plus.

CTC:
Competitive salary based on skills & knowledge – As per market standards for junior roles.

Experience:
0-2 years (Fresher's with relevant projects/internships)

Location:
Delhi NCR (local candidates preferred).
