We are hiring a Wedding Event Coordinator with the following responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences.
  • Coordinate with vendors (venues, caterers, florists, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage schedules for the photography and videography teams.
  • Oversee event flow on the wedding day and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Create and manage detailed timelines for the event.
  • Provide a stress-free experience for the couple by handling all logistics.
  • Assist with post-event tasks and client feedback collection.
  • 0-1 years of experience in wedding or event coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with wedding photography/videography is a plus.
  • Ability to work long hours on event days, including weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
