Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Facade Estimation and Cost Analysis professional. The role involves preparing detailed project estimates, analyzing costs, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning for facade projects. You will be responsible for assessing project requirements, providing periodic financial reports, and ensuring alignment with project budgets. The role requires a combination of analytical thinking and effective communication to deliver optimal cost solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for cost estimation and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Finance for project budgeting and cost evaluation
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, and team members
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of facade systems and materials is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation is a plus
