Please note - During training it will be work from office post completion it will be work from home. Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Outbound Sales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and leads.Present and promote our products/services effectively to maximize sales opportunities.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.Skills

Required: Minimum of 2 year of experience in outbound sales.Fluent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:Graduates from any stream
