About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Business Associate - Channel & Community Growth to spearhead the acquisition and scaling of our sub-broker network while simultaneously driving user acquisition and trading volume through influencer and community marketing efforts. This role requires a unique blend of B2B sales expertise, digital marketing acumen, and strong quantitative skills.

What You Will Do:

Sub-Broker/Channel Acquisition & Scaling (B2B Sales)

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate high-quality sub-broker/Authorised Person (AP) leads primarily from traditional Stock Market channels, financial advisory firms, and related financial distribution networks.
  • Pitch & Conversion: Clearly and persuasively pitch the CoinSwitch sub-broker program to potential partners, highlighting the platform's value proposition, commission structure, and growth opportunities.
  • Onboarding & Training: Manage the complete partner lifecycle, from initial contract signing and KYC process to onboarding and initial product training to ensure a fast and effective start.
  • Performance Scaling: Act as the primary relationship manager for onboarded sub-brokers, providing ongoing support, performance analysis, and motivation to consistently scale their trading volume and user base.

II. Influencer & Live Trading Volume Growth (B2C Marketing)

  • Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a high-performing portfolio of finance, trading, and crypto influencers/creators across major social media platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and monitor influencer marketing campaigns focused on driving new user acquisition and increasing trading volume on the CoinSwitch platform.
  • Live Trading Strategy: Conceptualise, coordinate, and execute Live Trading Sessions with key influencers to engage the community, educate users, and boost transactional activity.
  • Performance & ROI: Track, analyse, and report on the performance (users, trading volume, cost-per-acquisition) of all influencer and community marketing initiatives.

What You Should Have:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Channel Partner Acquisition (specifically in the financial services, brokerage, or fintech industry), or Influencer/Affiliate Marketing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential for effective pitching to channel partners and coordinating with influencers across India.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales/acquisition targets. Highly persuasive and skilled in negotiation and relationship building.
  • Quantitative Skills: Strong foundation in Mathematics and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) for lead tracking, sales forecasting, commission calculations, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Stock Market ecosystem, brokerage models (sub-broker/AP structure), and a strong interest in the Crypto/Fintech space.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
