Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination (No Sales Calls)Make reminder calls to clients for document submission, due dates, and outstanding fees follow-up.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned team member.
  • Maintain a record of client communications and follow-ups.
  • Back Office & ReportingPrepare daily reporting of employees' tasks and work in hand.
  • Track deadlines and support management in work monitoring.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
  • Office & Administrative WorkManage incoming calls, visitors, and day-to-day office work.
  • Ensure proper file management (physical and digital).
  • Assist management in smooth coordination between teams.
  • Social Media HandlingManage basic updates on firm's social media pages.
  • Coordinate with external vendors/marketers for creative posts, if required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream); Commerce background preferred.
  • Experience in back office/admin/telecaller role will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer knowledge.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
