Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination (No Sales Calls)Make reminder calls to clients for document submission, due dates, and outstanding fees follow-up.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned team member.
- Maintain a record of client communications and follow-ups.
- Back Office & ReportingPrepare daily reporting of employees' tasks and work in hand.
- Track deadlines and support management in work monitoring.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation.
- Office & Administrative WorkManage incoming calls, visitors, and day-to-day office work.
- Ensure proper file management (physical and digital).
- Assist management in smooth coordination between teams.
- Social Media HandlingManage basic updates on firm's social media pages.
- Coordinate with external vendors/marketers for creative posts, if required.
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream); Commerce background preferred.
- Experience in back office/admin/telecaller role will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
