1.8 – 2.24 LPA + Performance-based incentives

Key Performance Areas:

  • Engage with warm leads (students); conduct need analysis and recommend appropriate services.
  • Build trust through effective communication and close deals with empathy and precision.
  • Consistently manage and follow up on the lead pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the marketing teams to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Maintain CRM updates and generate performance reports weekly.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and brainstorm ideas to boost conversion and outreach.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engage with warm leads
    – talk to students who already know us.
  • Understand their needs
    and recommend the right services.
  • Build trust and close deals
    – your words will change lives.
  • Manage your lead pipeline,
    follow up consistently
    , and smash conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with our marketing teams for smoother handovers and happy clients.
  • Report performance, bottlenecks, and learnings weekly.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A fresh graduate willing to start their career in marketing and sales.
    (B2C preferred).
  • Excellent communicator - fluent in English & comfortable on phone.
  • Goal-driven and ambitious -
