Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Store Managers and Store Officers, based at our Vadodara location. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient store operations, managing inventory, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include implementing strategies for retail loss prevention and ensuring compliance with company policies. Store Managers will also oversee employee performance and lead store teams toward achieving sales and operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Store Management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective team leadership and interaction
  • Understanding and execution of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Ability to manage inventory effectively and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
