We're on the lookout for energetic, customer-first professionals to be the face of our Client Support & Relationship Team

What we need:

  • 16 years of experience in International Flights & Hotels reservations
  • Hands-on knowledge of GDS. (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • A genuine passion for travel & delivering delightful client experiences
  • Strong relationship-building & problem-solving skills
  • Past experience in similar role will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end international flight & hotel bookings for our premium clients
  • Handle fare quotations, re-issuance, cancellations & amendments.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels & suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth travel experience for corporate clients.
