Job Title: AD - Transformation Process Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Transformation Specialist to lead initiatives aimed at improving finance operations, enhancing process efficiency, and driving automation. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to deliver impactful transformation projects that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis & Improvement

  2. Identify, analyze, and document existing finance processes to highlight inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

  3. Design and implement new or enhanced procedures, controls, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure compliance.

  4. Transformation & Change Management

  5. Lead or participate in key transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process re-engineering, or organizational design changes.

  6. Drive measurable business value by improving the effectiveness of finance functions.

  7. Stakeholder Collaboration

  8. Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure transformation initiatives meet business requirements and are implemented effectively.

  9. Act as a change ambassador to encourage adoption and ensure smooth transition during process changes.

  10. Project Delivery

  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

  12. Monitor project outcomes and provide post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainable improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+years of expertise in finance process optimization and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid project management skills with experience managing concurrent projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with process re-engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • MBA or professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
