About the Role

We are looking for a passionate
Python & AI Developer
who can build intelligent applications, develop ML/AI models, and integrate them into scalable products. If you love solving problems using code and innovation, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain
    Python-based applications & APIs
    (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
  • Build, train, and deploy
    Machine Learning & Deep Learning models
    (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Work on
    NLP, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, recommendation systems
    , and automation workflows.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Deploy AI solutions on
    AWS/GCP/Azure
    or on-premise servers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered features.
  • Optimize model performance and maintain proper version control (Git/GitHub).

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, Matplotlib).
  • Hands-on experience with
    ML/DL frameworks
    (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
  • Experience with AI/ML projects end-to-end.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with
    vector databases
    (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
  • Knowledge of
    Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow
    .
  • Experience building
    AI chatbots or automation solutions
    .
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
