Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager, Record to Report
In this role, The Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities/regions. Ensures compliance, drives efficiencies, manages a team, and partners with other finance and business functions.
Responsibilities

•    Talent retention and leadership pipeline.

•    Preparation and Manage team's execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

•    Review and approve financial statements for accuracy.

•    Ensure compliance with SOX/internal controls and accounting standards.

•    Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors.

•    Lead month-end close governance meetings.

•    Drive automation and standardization initiatives.

•    Develop team capabilities and succession planning.

•    SLA/KPI adherence for RTR delivery.

•    Team engagement and performance.

•    Successful audits with minimal findings

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance.

•    Relevant years RTR/Controllership experience, with people management.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Leadership and people development.

•    Strong accounting and compliance knowledge.

•    Process re-engineering and automation exposure.

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities.
