Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Guest Service Agent (GSA) located in Kolkata. The F&B GSA will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring excellent food and beverage service, providing top-notch customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and effective communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Food Service, Food & Beverage, and Culinary Skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or a related field is preferred
