**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the customer service or F&B outlet
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service standards are consistently met
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year** of experience in **Customer Care** or **F&B Service**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in **English** and **Hindi**:

- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
