Position Summary
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive
to join our Events Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our event services
— including corporate events, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate and private event sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized event solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, and operations) for smooth event execution.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
(preferred). - 1–3 years
of experience in sales — preferably in
events, hospitality, or advertising
. - Strong
communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills. - Proven ability to
meet and exceed sales targets
. - Excellent
negotiation and client management
abilities. - Highly motivated,
self-driven, and goal-oriented
. - Willingness to work
flexible hours
