About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Admin & Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end administration, vendor management, office operations, travel coordination, and employee engagement activities for our Bangalore office. The role demands strong organizational skills, vendor negotiation expertise, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities including compliance, audits, and executive support.
What You'll Do:
- Manage office facilities, leases, and vendor contracts.
- Oversee utilities, AMC, and regular maintenance activities.
- Handle access cards, security systems, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate domestic & international travel, visas, and hotels.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events and offsites.
- Support leadership visits and ensure smooth arrangements.
- Drive office projects including renovation, relocation, and branding.
- Ensure audit readiness (ISO, ISMS, SOC) and maintain documentation.
- Manage petty cash, location credit cards, and vendor payments.
- Oversee housekeeping, pantry services, and office supplies.
What You Bring:
- Graduate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in office administration & facility management.
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Hands-on experience with travel coordination and logistics.
- Knowledge of compliance, audits (ISO/ISMS/SOC), and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, petty cash, and expense tracking.
- Experience in managing security systems and access controls.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
