Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Divakara & Associates, located in Bengaluru. The Associate will handle tasks including preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing advisory services to clients. Daily responsibilities will involve working closely with senior staff, managing client portfolios, and assisting with various accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Strong Accounting and Financial Analysis skills
- Experience in Assurance and Audit practices
- Knowledge of Taxation and Compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Advisory services and Client Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm is a plus
