Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect
to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem aligns with business objectives, technical best practices, and enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong solution-design capabilities, and experience leading development teams in complex, multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and/or other clouds.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical designs.
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and system interactions using Salesforce best practices.
  • Create and maintain architectural artifacts including ERDs, sequence diagrams, and solution blueprints.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance, and security standards.

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce development, guiding internal and external development teams.
  • Review and approve technical designs, code, and configuration to enforce quality standards.
  • Mentor developers, fostering growth in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps practices.
  • Lead the evaluation of new Salesforce features, releases, and technologies.

Development & Implementation

  • Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, LWC, flows, and system integrations as needed.
  • Define and enforce CI/CD processes using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Build robust integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
  • Ensure effective documentation, testing, and deployment strategies across environments.
