Job Title : PLC Programmer. Department : Automation. Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA integration, and control system troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation of automated machinery and processes. Key Responsibilities :

  • PLC Programming & Development : Design, develop, and modify PLC programs using platforms such as Beckhoff, Fuji, Siemens, Delta, Schneider.
  • HMI & SCADA Development : Configure and integrate Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues to ensure smooth machine operations.

Electrical & Control System Design : Collaborate with electrical engineers to design control panels and wiring diagrams. Testing & Commissioning : Conduct system tests, simulations, and on-site commissioning of automation systems. Documentation & Training : Create technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and provide training to operators and maintenance teams.

Safety & Compliance : Ensure all PLC programming meets industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in PLC programming, automation, and industrial controls.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Beckhoff, Fuji, Siemens, Delta PLCs.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, etc.
  • Familiarity with motion control, VFDs, servo drives, and robotics.
  • Understanding of electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and control panels.
  • Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT, AI-based automation.
  • Knowledge of robotics programming and C, C for automation.
  • Exposure to SCADA software.
  • Certifications in PLC/Automation from Beckhoff, Fuji, Siemens, Delta PLCs.
