  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with customers.
  • • Manage order follow-ups, payment collections, and customer feedback.
  • • Provide after-sales support and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • • Assist in sales generation by maintaining relationships with existing customers and converting leads.
  • • Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
  • • Maintain and update customer databases and reports using Google Workspace and Excel.


  • • Ensure a professional and customer-focused communication approach at all times.

  • Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center / BPO roles.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred).
  • • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Excel.
  • • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.


  • • Ability to work independently and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
