Job Description:

Senior Transaction Analyst– Transaction Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope of Work (SOW): Support and execute real estate transaction management activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Data Collation & Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources, including internal business (client) data, market supply-demand trends in office real estate, and project delivery (PDS, PMO) reports.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear, accurate, and visually compelling reports, presentations, and trackers for senior stakeholders with accuracy.

• Liaising & Coordination: Act as the coordination point across internal teams, landlords, brokers, and project delivery stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with client leadership and internal teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions are effectively delivered.

• Problem Solving & Innovation: Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and introduce process efficiencies or innovative approaches to improve delivery.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and introduce innovative practices

• Market Knowledge & Research: Stay updated on real estate market dynamics, trends and new developments; proactively collect intelligence from JLL research platforms to strengthen data accuracy and client recommendations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude; confident with large data sets.

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, trackers).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare client-ready documents.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

• Self Driven, proactive, detail-oriented, with a problem-solving attitude and innovative mindset.

 

Sound like You?

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in transaction management, real estate advisory, consulting, or a related CRE role.

An eye for detail, and emotional intelligence to personality-managing clients will be a differentiator for this role.
