Candidate Requirements –

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in
Corporate Communications
(not marketing or digital-focused). The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrated experience in a core
    corporate communications
    role, with tangible results in internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Experience working closely with
    senior stakeholders
    , including C-suite executives, and the ability to manage high-level communications effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    A history of working with
    multiple and diverse teams
    , both internally across departments and externally with agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
    Strong capability in
    liaising with senior stakeholders
    across various functions and organizations, maintaining professionalism and strategic alignment.
  • Engagement Conceptualization & Execution:
    Ability to
    conceptualize and execute engagement activities
    , both
    offline and online
    , including town halls, leadership communications, employee engagement programs, etc.
  • Matrixed Environment:
    Experience in working within
    matrix team structures
    , navigating complexities, and driving alignment across different business units or geographies.
