Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Entry-Level)
Location: Onsite – Zimbabwe

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team in Zimbabwe. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for a newly qualified CA or a candidate with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing accounts, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and clearances.
  • Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system in line with IFRS and internal policies.
  • Reconcile transporter accounts, coordinating with the operations team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations for receivables, payables, and key expense categories.
  • Monitor daily purchases and sales, and ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment.
  • Assist with financial reporting, audits, and compliance activities as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (recently qualified or up to 1 year of experience).
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time, onsite role based in Zimbabwe. Candidates must be open to relocating or already located in Zimbabwe.
