Job Description:

As a Senior Pricing Analyst at Neve Jewels Pvt Ltd, you will play a critical role in shaping our pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal pricing decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of pricing logics and strategies, and the ability to leverage advanced data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies, adjusting as needed.
  • Conduct profitability analysis for new and existing products.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to uncover insights and improve pricing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements, including AI/ML applications in pricing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst, preferably in the diamond or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of pricing logics, strategies, and methodologies.
  • Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in pricing and analytics is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
