  • Strong understanding of SOPs, process management, and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work on CRM, POS, and operational tools.
  • Passion for pets and a genuine desire to improve their healthcare experience.
