Store Operations Assistant/ Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with regional and district managers to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide coaching and feedback to support their development.
- Monitor financial performance of the store and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss strategic initiatives and share best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a store management role.
- Strong understanding of retail, apparel, shrinkage, loss prevention, attrition, store management, store operation, floor management, retail operations, and store operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
