Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) software solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement, accounts payable, supplier management, and enterprise financial workflows, coupled with product management expertise. You will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions that simplify and optimize the P2P lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the P2P software platform.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Align product initiatives with company objectives and customer needs.
Product Development & Execution
- Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, and data security standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring user experience is at the forefront of product decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to support product launches, customer onboarding, and adoption.
- Engage with key enterprise customers to gather insights and validate solutions.
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track product KPIs such as adoption rates, time-to-value, user satisfaction, and ROI for customers.
- Analyze product usage data to drive improvements and inform future roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–8 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or financial/procurement software.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay lifecycle (procurement, sourcing, invoicing, payments, supplier management).
- Proven track record of managing complex software products from concept to launch.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Familiarity with e-invoicing, compliance regulations, and global procurement standards.
- Strong UI/UX sensibilities for building user-friendly enterprise applications.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
