As an Associate - School Partnership , you'll be ensuring that the organization meets its Growth Target. Candidate should be ambitious & energetic to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales & forging strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities
Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.Conduct research & field visits to identify new market opportunities & lead generation.Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers.Establishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultations.Conducting sales consultations in a professional manner and that aligns with the brand and culture.Presenting, promoting, and pitching products as per the company sales process to prospective customers.Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationshipsDeveloping quotes & proposals for clientsConsistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the KAM team as per onboarding process.Sales Administration
Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered within (CRM) systeSubmitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for Sales Head's review.Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts as per the agreed payment terms with schools.What Skills Are Critical And Essential
Fluency in English and Indian - spoken, written, and presentingProficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.Confidence and strong communication skills (essential)Building trust and the ability to present themselves as an expert in market and product knowledgeTime Management & Task Planning skillsDiligence and self-motivationGrowth oriented mindsetExperience Years in School Sales Salary - 5 Lacs + IncentivesCompany Profile :
