Description
  1. The AVP – Website & SEO will be responsible for driving CSB Bank's digital presence by ensuring our website is high-performing, secure, compliant, and customer-centric. 
  2. This role will lead website management, revamp initiatives, and SEO/AEO strategies to enhance discoverability, user experience, and conversions. 
  3. Working closely with technology, content, and compliance teams, the incumbent will ensure the site reflects brand excellence while meeting regulatory standards. 
  4. The position will also explore emerging trends to keep CSB Bank at the forefront of digital engagement in the BFSI sector.
Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor the Content Associate to deliver high-quality, SEO-ready website content aligned with brand and compliance standards. 
  2. Oversee task allocation, review outputs, and ensure timely coordination with design, tech, and compliance teams for seamless website and SEO execution.

Functional Responsibilities:

  1. This role will own end-to-end website management, ensuring performance, security, compliance, and user experience are consistently optimized. 
  2. The role will lead the ongoing website revamp, collaborate with tech, design, and content teams to deliver intuitive UI/UX, and implement SEO/AEO strategies to boost discoverability and traffic. 
  3. Responsibilities include managing website hygiene, driving content optimization, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with agencies and partners. 
  4. The incumbent will also mentor a Content Associate, oversee content workflows, and ensure all digital assets meet brand, regulatory, and business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

Min Experience: 6 years

Max Experience: 9 years

Professional qualification:

6–9 years of experience in website management, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing, preferably in BFSI or other regulated industries.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies, CMS platforms, and basic backend integration.

Proven experience in website revamp projects and implementing UI/UX best practices.

Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console).
