Qentelli - Performance Test Engineer - LoadRunner

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct performance testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner suite, focusing on web technologies, application infrastructure, and networking.

- Lead performance validation efforts for web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols.

- Perform testing and validation for SAP applications to ensure their performance under load.

- Work on cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/Google), including contributing to cloud migration initiatives.

- Collaborate with teams across network, storage, and server infrastructure in large data centers to identify and resolve performance issues.

- Provide in-depth analysis of performance bottlenecks and make recommendations for optimization.

- Manage cross-functional teams, leading them in complex, virtual, and cross-cultural environments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Take ownership of performance-related issues, escalating matters for necessary leadership review and approval as needed.

- Work collaboratively to ensure performance goals and objectives are met in line with business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS : Experience : 4 years of hands-on experience using Micro Focus LoadRunner suite for performance testing.



TECHNICAL SKILLS :

- In-depth knowledge of web technologies, including web application architecture, networking, and infrastructure components.

- Expertise in performance testing using LoadRunner, particularly with web (http/html) and AJAX TruClient protocols.

- 1-2 years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).

- Experience with SAP performance validation is a must.

- Cloud Exposure : Prior experience with cloud migration efforts, working with cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/Google).

- Collaboration & Leadership : Proven ability to work effectively in complex organizations with cross-functional teams, both virtual and culturally diverse.

- Leadership & Escalation : Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and escalate issues when necessary to senior leadership.

- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills :


- Knowledge of additional performance testing tools and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) tools and performance monitoring solutions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
