Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and highly motivated Female Sales Executive to join our fitness club in Mohali. The ideal candidate will manage sales conversions, customer interactions,

front desk operations, and promote memberships and fitness services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Lead Management

  2. Attend walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads.

  3. Provide guided gym tours and explain membership plans.

  4. Convert prospects into confirmed members.

  5. Maintain strong follow-up communication.

  6. Achieve monthly sales targets.

  7. Customer Service & Front Desk Handling

  8. Greet all members and visitors professionally.

  9. Manage registrations, membership data, and documentation.

  10. Address member concerns or escalate when needed.

  11. Assist members with check-ins.

  12. Marketing & Promotions

  13. Support campaigns, events, and referral programs.

  14. Promote personal training and group classes.

  15. Assist with basic social media content when needed.

  16. Administrative Responsibilities

  17. Maintain CRM and membership management systems.

  18. Update daily sales logs and follow-up records.

  19. Keep the reception area neat and professional.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidate, age 20–35 preferred.

  • Experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred).

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Presentable, confident, and professional.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
