Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with prospective students and address their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Guide interested candidates through the admission process, providing necessary assistance and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the database with relevant information.
  • Meet monthly targets for student admissions and contribute to the overall success of the admissions team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Females preferred for this role.
