Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Reporting To: Director

Language Requirement: Must speak and write English fluently

About the Role

Were looking for a driven Sales Coordinator Off-Trade to be the backbone of our retail & distribution business. You'll work closely with the Sales Head , ensuring smooth execution of promotions, accurate reporting, and strong governance. If youre detail-oriented, data-savvy, and thrive on bringing structure to execution, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and consolidate sales performance across modern trade, general trade, and retail channels; prepare MIS, dashboards, and review decks.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and internal departments for timely execution of promotions, schemes, and visibility initiatives.
  • Ensure reporting discipline, data accuracy, and timely escalation of issues to management.
  • Maintain databases for key accounts, retail partners, and regional sales mapping.
  • Support in business reviews, trade marketing activations, and sales planning.
  • Drive accountability across the sales team for reporting, targets, and compliance.

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
