  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product objectives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and consistency of designs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices across projects.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvements in design.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the & Skills :
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing responsive and accessible interfaces.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
