Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers for campaigns
  • Draft and send professional
    emails, collaboration pitches, and follow-ups
    to influencers and partners
  • Manage
    LinkedIn marketing activities
    , including outreach, content support, and engagement
  • Assist in creating and tracking influencer briefs, contracts, and campaign deliverables
  • Monitor influencer content performance and prepare reports/insights
  • Support the team in developing innovative influencer strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Use
    AI tools (minimum 5–7)
    such as ChatGPT, Jasper, , Grammarly, Canva, Phantombuster, Notion AI, etc., to optimize communication, research, and reporting

who:

  • Has hands-on knowledge of
    AI tools
    to enhance productivity and campaign efficiency
  • Is excellent at
    professional communication
    (emails, LinkedIn, influencer coordination)
  • Possesses strong
    research skills
    to identify influencers, trends, and engagement opportunities
  • Understands
    social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and collaboration models
  • Can conceptualize and support
    impactful influencer campaigns
  • Has 0–1 year of experience in
    Influencer Marketing, PR, or Social Media
    (including internships)
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital communication platforms
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Is comfortable with in-office presence at Kalkaji, Delhi
