Purchase Executive
and play a key role in ensuring smooth and cost-effective sourcing of electronic components and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure electronic components and materials from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, supplier databases, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely material delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any supply-related issues.
  • Prepare cost comparisons, issue purchase orders, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. or MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in the electronics industry).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
