Job Summary: As an Admission Counsellor Intern at Mentorkart, you will assist in guiding prospective students through the educational program admission process. This internship offers valuable experience in admissions counseling, student engagement, and application management within an innovative EdTech environment. You will support our efforts to connect students with the right educational opportunities and enhance their overall experience with Mentorkart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to inquiries from prospective students and their families through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about Mentorkart's programs, admission requirements, application deadlines, and the enrollment process.
  • Help review and process student applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Support students in preparing their application materials, including essays, personal statements, and other required documentation.
  • Offer personalized advice and guidance to prospective students on selecting the right programs and courses based on their interests, goals, and academic background.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting informational webinars, virtual sessions, and interactive Q&A events for prospective students.
  • Maintain and update records of prospective and enrolled students.
  • Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to student applications, admissions, and program enrollment trends.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person recruitment events, including open houses, orientation sessions, and webinars.
  • Provide logistical assistance and on-site support during events to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.
  • Organize and file documents, maintain an orderly workspace, and assist with other tasks as needed.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions to learn about Mentorkart's programs, admissions procedures, and industry trends.
  • Stay informed about developments in the EdTech sector and contribute ideas for improving the admissions process.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
