Job Description
- Supervise daily office facilities operations (housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance).
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
- Handle repairs, maintenance of office infrastructure, and AMC tracking.
- Oversee workplace safety, fire drills, and compliance with building regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin for new joiner desk allocation and seating arrangements.
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and purchase requests within budget.
- Support relocation, renovation, or expansion projects.
- Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, HVAC, water, networking).
- Handle services including transport, cafeteria, and visitor management.
- Maintain documents and reports for facility operations and budget utilization.
Coordination with various departments – Finance, Marketing, HR, Technical teams for the various facilities related requests and queries.
Should work on travel and accommodation arrangement, VISA process etc. based upon the Business need.
Requirements
Languages Mandatory – Kannada, English (Read, speak and write). Hindi or other languages will be add on.
Working – Monday to Saturday
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Facilities Management / related field.
- 3–4 years' experience in facilities and administrative operations.
- Preferable work experience in IT or Manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge and experience in facility management processes and vendor coordination.
- Good communication, negotiation, able to manage security and housekeeping staff.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
- Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) standards.
- Exposure of audits and have knowledge or experience in working as per ISO or CMMi standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹35,052.70 per month
