About the Role

We are looking for a Food Technologist with hands-on experience in beverage formulation, flavor optimization, and carbonation techniques. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative beverages, ensuring stability, sensory appeal, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize beverage formulations (herbal, functional, carbonated, and non-carbonated).
  • Work on flavor setting, taste balancing, and mouthfeel enhancement.
  • Manage carbonation levels for consistency and product differentiation.
  • Conduct stability studies, shelf-life testing, and sensory evaluations.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure scalability and regulatory compliance. Stay updated with market trends, new ingredients, and flavor technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in beverage R&D and formulation.
  • Strong understanding of flavors, sweeteners, emulsions, and carbonation processes.
  • Knowledge of FSSAI/US FDA/EU beverage regulations (as per target market). Innovative mindset with a passion for functional and wellness beverages.
