A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Competent & experienced in quality department in a manufacturing company.

  2. Good Knowledge of Quality parameters.

  3. Exposure to the modern analytical equipment.

  4. Deep understanding of 5S systems, QC tools & technique.

  5. Ability to work on Quality control plan, QRA, FMEA etc.

  6. Synergy between the float line quality teams.

  7. Coordination with cold end team for glass sampling Knowledge in Quick Kaizen, Standard Kaizen, Major Kaizen.

  8. Producing statistical reports on quality standards.

B. SKILL REQUIREMENTS

The worker/employee will need to possess the following set of skills:

  1. Planning Skills.

  2. Inter personnel skills.

  3. Outsource manpower Management.

  4. Resource utilization.

  5. Decision Making skills.

  6. Establish relationship with relevant departments.

  7. Crisis management & Emergency handling.

C. EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 - 8 Years

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE-

  • Knowledge on statistical applications, data consolidation.
  • analysis & interpretation ability Good analytical skills & problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong work ethics.
