We are seeking a SQL Data Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in the Insurance/BFSI domain. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing data solutions using MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and AWS RedShift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS
  • Create and manage reports using SSRS
  • Work with large datasets in MS SQL Server and AWS RedShift
  • Develop stored procedures, functions, and performance-tuned SQL queries
  • Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide production support when needed
  • Contribute to technical documentation and test planning

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL Server (Joins, Constraints, Stored Procedures, etc.)
  • Experience with SSIS and SSRS
  • Working knowledge of AWS RedShift
  • Good understanding of PL/SQL

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to .NET, C#, or Power BI
  • Experience in the Insurance or BFSI domain
