About the Opportunity
A human-resources & staffing firm specializing in placing enterprise IT and CRM talent across India is hiring on behalf of a client in the IT services / CRM implementation sector. This role is for an on-site Salesforce Developer based in India to deliver end-to-end customizations, integrations, and Lightning experiences for mid-to-large scale Salesforce implementations.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and batch/queueable jobs to meet business requirements and SLAs.
  • Build responsive Lightning Web Components and enhance existing Visualforce pages for improved user experience.
  • Implement integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and support middleware-driven patterns (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) as needed.
  • Author efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and optimize data models, sharing rules and governor-limit-aware logic.
  • Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git and automated deployment tools; perform code reviews and enforce release best-practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins and QA to translate requirements into maintainable solutions and provide production support/troubleshooting.

Additional Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering Salesforce customizations in production environments (enterprise or large-scale implementations).
  • Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery cadences.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance-tuning abilities for Apex and front-end components.
