Alteryx Administartor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2/3 application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.
• Handle incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.
• Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
• Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.
• Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.
• Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.
• Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.
