Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Tier 2/3 application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.

- Handle incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.

- Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).

- Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.

- Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.

- Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.

- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and Skills & Qualifications :


- 7+ years experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.

- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.

- Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.

- Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.

- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.

- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.

- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.
