Key Responsibilities : - Provide Tier 2/3 application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.- Handle incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.- Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).- Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.- Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.- Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and Skills & Qualifications : - 7+ years experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.- Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.- Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.
