We are seeking a
Financial Accounting Specialist
with strong analytical and verification skills to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will oversee
transaction verification, payment validation, reconciliation, and financial reporting
, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all financial activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Transaction & Payment Verification

  • Verify and validate all incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
  • Review daily payments, transfers, and receipts for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Perform end-to-end payment verification through online platforms (Razorpay, bank portals, etc.).
  • Track and reconcile customer payments and vendor settlements.
  • Identify and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain detailed verification records for audits and financial reviews.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.
  • Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for timely collection.
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to maintain ledger accuracy.

Bank & System Reconciliation

  • Reconcile daily bank statements with accounting entries.
  • Ensure accurate recording of transactions in Tally or ERP systems.
  • Track discrepancies and coordinate with banks or internal teams for resolution.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support audit processes through proper documentation and verification records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings using verified transaction data.
  • Prepare financial summaries and reconciliation reports for management.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years in transaction verification, payment processing, or financial accounting.
  • Technical Skills:
    Tally ERP, MS Excel,, online banking tools, reconciliation processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    Attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and data accuracy.
