Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing and growing brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and analytics to drive brand awareness and community growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage daily content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost reach and conversions
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging posts, stories, and videos
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite/Buffer
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign performance with actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
